Public Information Only
Do not send privileged or confidential information. Our forms accept contact details, public patent, application, or publication numbers, and a short non-confidential description. Do not send unpublished identifiers, invention disclosures, legal strategy, or documents.
Privacy Notice
When forms are enabled, LitTech LLC receives the fields you submit and records your consent and submission date. The newsletter form collects an email address and consent. Contact forms also collect your name, location, optional phone number, public identifiers, and a description of up to 500 characters.
We use these details to maintain the newsletter signup list or review and respond to your request. Contact requests do not enroll you in the newsletter. Cloudflare provides hosting, submission storage, and Turnstile spam protection. Turnstile processes browser and device signals to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic. Newsletter email addresses are also stored in Resend to maintain our mailing list. We do not send contact or intake descriptions to Resend. See Resend’s privacy policy.
Site submissions and newsletter processing records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. The Resend mailing-list record remains until you unsubscribe or request verified deletion, subject to records needed to honor an opt-out. Provider logs and backups follow the provider’s retention practices. We do not sell submission data. Advertising slots are disabled and no advertising network is active.
To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of a newsletter signup, use the contact form with the same email address. Identity verification may be required. Forms remain closed until a working request-handling process is in place.
Referral Disclosure
Referral requests are intended for human review and conflict screening. No matching outcome is promised. Any practitioner acts independently and would enter a separate engagement with you. Do not send additional information to a practitioner until that practitioner has explained how to proceed.
The referral selection process, any compensation arrangement, and the recipient of patent-holder inquiries remain subject to owner approval. No paid referral arrangement is offered here. Intake must remain closed until the applicable disclosure and process are approved.
